Design Help For Real Homes

At DesignBeau, I offer tailored design support sessions for real homes and real people. To keep things clear and fair, please review the following information before booking:

💳 Payment

All sessions must be paid in full to confirm your booking. Payment details will be provided after your enquiry.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
No refunds are given for completed sessions.
If you're unhappy with the service, please reach out — I genuinely want all clients to feel supported and satisfied.

🖋 What’s Included

Each package is described in detail on the services page. Please read carefully before booking.

Unless otherwise agreed, sessions do not include:

Measured site surveys
Technical CAD drawings
Full design plans or moodboards

These can be quoted separately if needed.

📧 Follow-Up Support

Most sessions include a short written summary or voice note. Further communication, sourcing, or edits beyond the session may require an upgrade to a full service package.

📍 Location

I’m based in Copmanthorpe, near York, and support clients locally and across the UK via remote sessions.

All ideas, sketches, concepts and notes shared during your session remain the intellectual property of DesignBeau. You’re welcome to use the advice for personal projects, but please don’t reproduce or distribute it commercially.
